Adding New Rates

There are several ways to add rates to the system, each with its own unique benefits.
You have the option to add rates individually or in bulk, authorize agents to input rates, or even use APIs to upload rates.
Additionally, you can upload rates sheets to quickly and efficiently add multiple rates at once.
When adding rates, it's essential to include specific details like origin, destination, load type, as well as additional information such as service type, cargo type, equipment type, and more.

Search and View Rates

You can use filters in the Instant Rates module to filter and sort rates. This can be done based on the liner, cargo type, commodity, origin, port of loading and port of discharge.

You can either view your rates as rate cards or in a single view as a table which allows you to scan all rate data rapidly. You can also export the rates and view them in excel.

Rules to Automate Rate Management

You can add rules at product, group and company level and can also add rules for every port pair.
